Location: single-storey house (approx. 1960) surrounded by an enclosed garden with trees (700 m²), 400 m from La Grière beach and 5 min. drive from La Grière shops.
Layout: 1 large living room with fireplace (decorative only) and flat-screen TV (TNT) opening onto the terrace at the front of the house - 1 fully-equipped kitchen (4-hob stove: 3 gas and 1 electric, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) - 1 corridor leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 double bed. (140) and 1 with 1 single bed (+ 1 folding single bed), 1 shower room with WC, 1 bathroom (bidet, bath, washbasin) and 1 separate WC - 1 garage for storage.
Outside: 2 covered terraces (overhanging): 1 at the front of the house, accessible from the living room, and the other at the back of the house, accessible from 1 of the bedrooms; garden furniture, barbecue. On-site parking (1-2 cars possible).
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: 100€ fixed price. Linen is not provided.
