Chalet "Mirabeau", 2 storeys, built in 1990, renovated in 2011. In the district of Pattier, in a quiet position, east facing position. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bakery 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "postal" 200 m. Gondola lift 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 4 Vallées 800 m.
