Well-located apartment close to beaches and Mimizan Plage town center but a little noisy in the late evening & night with bars and restaurants downstairs. Very good bedding. Perfect welcome from the Interhome agency. Soundproofing not up to scratch, we can hear the next-door neighbor's TV program most of the night. Apartment in need of maintenance/work. (VMC, lighting, floors [...] defective. In short, we're more impressed by the environment than the apartment itself.
