The beautiful Sunny villa in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, recommended for 6 adults and 2 children. Perfect for two families with children, or friends and located in a quiet residential area in Calpe and close to all services and the beach.
Distribution of the villa:
With 180 m2, the house has two independent houses connected by an external staircase as can be seen in the photos.
