2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm + cupboard and 2 x 90 cm), separate toilet and shower room (vanity unit, shower and towel dryer).
The living room opens onto a small wooden terrace (table + chairs) and gives access to the garden.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR (inside connection via the garage or access from outside): a second type 3 apartment (sleeps 5) comprising a spacious living room with sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV), sitting room (table, chairs, sideboard) and fitted kitchen (hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher).
