Located on the Biscarrosse golf course development, we offer you a pretty villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. The location is ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends, as you have a view of the golf courses. You're 1 km from the beaches of the lake (20 min walk), perfect for boating or paddle-boarding, 6 km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach, and you have almost immediate access to our Landes cycle paths. The villa comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a TV lounge with WIFI, a dining room and an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, large fridge-freezer and microwave). The sleeping area features a separate toilet for added comfort, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a first bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm), a second bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90cm) and a master suite with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom (bath + shower + toilet). A lovely east/south-facing wooden terrace with dining table and garden furniture, and a west-facing terrace with dining table, let you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. A private parking space completes the package. Your pet (cat or dog) is welcome. A sunny vacation awaits you!
