LA TRANCHE SUR MER, la Grière.
Lovely house in vacation residence with swimming pool (open July and August) and car parking space. Pleasant, well-decorated interior. Living room opens onto terrace with garden furniture - kitchenette, shower room, wc. Upstairs ( steep staircase ) 1 mezzanine (lower height 1.80) with velux window : 1 bed 140 , 2 bunk beds for 1person, 1 bed 90.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of 60€. Linen is not provided.
Location: approx. 650 m from the beach, 4.5 km from the town center with all amenities and 1.8 km from seasonal shops.
Civil liability insurance certificate with holiday clause required. Vacation vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.
