Location: house with access via a 14-step staircase, on sandy, natural, sloping ground in the Phare district. At 35 m from access to Coraux beach (tranc 13) and 1,100 m from downtown shops.

Kitchen area opening onto the living room and equipped with 1 fridge-freezer, 1 ceramic hob (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm). 1 shower room (Italian shower) and 1 separate WC. Garage converted into storeroom with washing machine.
