Come and recharge your batteries in this charming, tastefully renovated town house, located in the heart of Étel in a quiet lane. Sleeping 4 on 2 floors, the house is just a few steps from the Ria and the port, less than 3 minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate its tasteful decor, peaceful setting, enclosed garden and large sunny terrace.
All shops are accessible without a car to make your stay easier: supermarkets, fishmongers & its fish auction to taste the excellent oysters from the river, restaurants, bars, wine cellar, bakeries, ice-cream parlors & some design and local artist boutiques.
The advantage of its location is its proximity to the marina, the Ria d'Etel and direct access on foot to the seafront and coastal paths. This house will also be your ideal base for visiting the south of Morbihan (Carnac, Lorient, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...) or Finistère (Pont Aven, Concarneau...).
