Villa Beatrice located in a hilly position half an hour by car and train from Florence (the train station is 1600 meters from the property) 10 minutes from the Mugello racetrack and the Golf %26 Country Club “Poggio dei Medici ”, an excellent starting point for visiting the surroundings of Mugello and the art cities of Tuscany. The villa, dating back to 1700 and recently renovated, is arranged on several levels and includes 6 autonomous units for a total of 26 people. The furnishings are finely cared for in detail, guaranteeing the atmosphere and authenticity of an eighteenth-century villa, with stylish furniture and antique elements. The structure lends itself very well to being rented as a single environment as on the ground floor there is a large dining room where you can all comfortably eat together, while on the first floor there is a fully equipped common professional kitchen. Villa "Beatrice", 600 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1700, renovated in 2018. 6.7 km from the centre of Borgo San Lorenzo, 12.5 km from the centre of Vicchio, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 20 km from the lake.
