House in vacation residence with enclosed garden, enjoying a good location (close to the beach). Private parking space in residence,
1 living room/kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (closet), 1 mezzanine less than 1.80 m high with 2 single beds (0.90 m) (accessible by stairs, unsuitable for small children), 1 bathroom (washbasin, shower) and 1 separate WC.
Facilities: 2 hotplates, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave, 1 small dishwasher, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 sofa, 1 TV, 1 iron, 1 vacuum cleaner and 1 set of garden furniture.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of 60€. No linen provided.
Location: approx. 900 m from the beach and the "Auniscéane" aquatic center (swimming pool, hammam, [hidden]à and 1,900 m from the town center with its shops and twice-weekly food market.

Swimming pool with 370m2 leisure pool and 4 25m water lines and fitness area with sauna, hammam and spa.
Outside, a 250m2 pool is open (July/August).
