The outside grounds are fully enclosed (with a year-round dwelling): they comprise a courtyard, a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. It continues with a small stream and a wooded area for relaxing. Easy access to the freeway, approx. 500 m away.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
