In the heart of the Pays d'Orthe, close to the Basque country and 30 minutes from the beaches of the Landes, come and stay in this Landes farmhouse ideal for gathering friends or families for pleasant moments of relaxation. This large house offers an independent kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), living room (TV), 2 ground floor bedrooms (1x140 and 1x160), 2 shower rooms, wc, laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs, mezzanine bedroom (2 beds 90), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90) and dormitory (4 beds 90). Covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Adjoining the owner's home. Private gated access. Approx. 3,000 m² of undefined wooded and flowered grounds, with children's trampoline and ping-pong table. Mezzanine with board games area and library. More than one pet €150 per week per additional pet.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
