Location: house (1976) on enclosed wooded plot (700 m²) in a residential area of la Grière, approx. 450 m from Sainte Anne beach (TRANC 44 access), 1000 m from small food shops (fruit and vegetable shop "le Panier Tranchais", bakery-pâ[hidden] and 1200 m from the center of la Grière.
Since 2002, La Tranche sur Mer has been awarded the "European Blue Flag" label, allowing you to discover 13km of fine sandy beaches. Free shuttle buses (July and August) run throughout the resort, from la Grière to la Terrière, via the town center. From La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to the Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. 2-screen cinema with the latest films. Swimming pool with 370m2 leisure pool and 4 25m water lines and fitness area with sauna, hammam and spa.
