This splendid 65m2 duplex apartment, located in an 18th century UNESCO listed building in the heart of the city, offers you all the comfort and rustic charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux, with a breathtaking view over the Pont de Pierre, the quays and the green right bank. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 passengers. The apartment is ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues on a business trip who want to make the most of their stay.
Housing:
Very well equipped, the apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by a stone staircase. Close to the hyper-centre, in the St Michel district, you will enjoy all the comforts of home for an unforgettable stay. Its east-facing living space offers a breathtaking view of the Pont de Pierre and the Garonne: you may have the chance to enjoy a magnificent sunrise on the river! A few steps from all shops and transport, it offers you the following services:
At the first level:
- A beautiful living room with a flat screen TV, storage spaces and a central island serving as a complementary work surface and dining table. - A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher, blender, balance, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. - A small master suite with wardrobe whose bathroom (with shower and sink) is closed by a 1763 door! - A cloakroom and toilets with hand-washing facilities
On the second level (accessible by an old wooden staircase):

The building is part of the famous 18th century facade classified by UNESCO in 2007. The hyper-centre of Bordeaux is 3 minutes walk away, as well as the heart of the Saint-Michel district, all the restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. You will also have a breathtaking view of the Garonne and the Pont de Pierre.
Located in a "protected", area, the apartment is also close to all the other districts of the historic centre (Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Colombe, Saint-Michel and Sainte-Croix). At 160 m, bakeries and grocery stores are open on Sundays and some, 24/24 hours. In Saint-Michel, a very colourful and lively multicultural district, there are many and varied activities. Public transport:
At the foot of the building, you will have at your disposal
tram stops C and A (stop "Porte de Bourgogne") or tram C (stop "St Michel",)
The tram C takes you directly to the big stadium of Bordeaux or to the Exhibition Centre (30 mn)
bus 24 (University) and the special shuttle bus to the Arena (concerts). . . Train: Bordeaux station is 13 minutes walk away (or 5 minutes by tram line C).
Car:
A car park located under the building (Salinières) is accessible from the quays. It is also possible to park on paid streets (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
Self-service bicycle hire:
Vcub station at 150m, €1. 60 for 24 hours.
Airport :
Take the bus line 1+ stop ",Lycées de Mérignac", and then take the tram A towards Bordeaux city centre, until the stop ",Bourgogne", (250 m from the apartment). Allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour door to door.
