This splendid 70 m2 apartment, located in a 19th century stone building, in the heart of the Saint Michel district, offers you all the comfort and contemporary charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. Its 25 m² terrace, away from all eyes, will allow you to fully enjoy the delicacies of Bordeaux. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 passengers. The apartment is ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues on a business trip who want to make the most of their stay.
The housing
Very well equipped, the apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase. Close to the hyper-centre, in the St Michel district, you will enjoy all the comforts of home for an unforgettable stay. A few steps from all shops and transport, it offers you the following services:
- A beautiful living room with a dining room for 5 people overlooking the terrace, a lounge with a flat screen TV
- A kitchen, open to the dining room, with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. - Two master bedroom suites with wardrobe and bathroom (with shower and sink)

For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and its table. Quality sheets, towels and tea towels and some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made upon your arrival. Naturally, Wifi is accessible and free of charge!
Located in the historical centre, the apartment les Halles is ideally located. A few steps from the Basilica of St Michel and at the foot of the famous Capuchin market The hyper-centre of Bordeaux is 8 minutes walk away, as well as the heart of the Saint-Michel district, all the restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. The apartment is also close to all the other districts of the historic centre (Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Colombe, Saint-Michel and Sainte-Croix).
Public transport:
Tramway B (stop "Victoire",) at 4 min by foot brings you in 5 min place du Grand Théatre (hyper centre) and direct to the Cité du vin in 15 min
Different buses
Train: Bordeaux station is 10 minutes walk away
Car:
The Capucins', paid parking is 20 metres away. It is also possible to park on the street but the squares are popular and the streets are not free (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays). Self-service bicycle hire:
Vcub station at 100m, 1,60 € for 24 hours.
Airplane:
From the airport, take the bus line 1+ to the "Lycées de Mérignac", stop and then take the tram A (same ticket) towards Bordeaux city centre. Get off at the "Bourgogne", stop (250 m from the apartment). Allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour door to door. Total cost: 1,60 € /person.
