Detached gîte in the gable end of an old barn, adjoining another gîte. First floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms including 1 with disabled access (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower/wc). Oil-fired central heating at customer's expense.
The gîtes benefit from a large enclosed communal green space with sandpit, trampoline and parking lot, as well as a private green space with lawn (1000m²), terrace and barbecue. Owner's farm nearby. Covered swimming pool open from 10am to 7pm. St Pourçain/Sioule 18 km. Souvigny 10 km. RCEA access 2 km. Beds are made up on arrival if linen is provided. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
