Located in the heart of the vineyards of St Pourçain sur Sioule, this rental is ideally situated for discovering our beautiful department. This detached chalet boasts a terrace with a semi-enclosed green space (1800m²), planted with cherry and walnut trees, forming a mini-forest where children can play while older guests enjoy a siesta in the hammocks. Ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen with fireplace, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine). 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms opening onto balcony. 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 crib), bathroom (bath/wc). Mezzanine overlooking relaxation room (2 single beds). air-conditioning on mezzanine level. Electric heating extra. Owner's heated above-ground swimming pool available from 2 pm to 6 pm (June to August: 7 m 30 diameter; 1 m 20 deep). Moulins 35 km, Vichy spa 28 km.
GÎTE PLUS: Sheets and towels provided. Wood for fireplace and barbecue available. Electric vehicle charging available at extra cost, see owners.
Baptism of the air in ULM pendular: Flight of 50mn at 90€ and Complete Tour of the Vineyard (more than 1 hour) at 120€ The ULM being by its definition: ultra Light motorized, the regulation imposes a maximum weight for the passage this one is of 90 kg maxi.
Flights will only take place in clement weather. Heating and electricity to be paid on site at the end of your stay.

Passionate about the Bourbonnais region, they will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the activities on offer during their stay in the Val de Sioule.
Jean is a wrought-iron worker and microlight pilot, and Véronique has a passion for all kinds of arts: sewing, knitting, crafts.
They have a dog, cat, horse and chickens, even a rooster and chicks on a regular basis, which you can meet if you wish.
