Surrounded by meadows, the Locaterie des Carrons, the owner's childhood home, has been completely renovated as a contemporary gite with some brightly-colored walls. Ground floor: kitchenette, dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), wc. Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning upstairs. Electricity at customer's expense.
Green space with lawn, terrace at the rear of the house with direct access from the kitchen. This rental enjoys an unobstructed view of the bocage and is close to a farm. Cure package (except July-August): €875 for 3 weeks. In July and August 1200€ for 3 weeks. Moulins 19 km. Street Art in LURCY LEVIS (24 km), "La ferme enchantée" children's outdoor activity center in POUZY-MESANGY (18km). Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
