In an old Bourbonnaise barn, independent gîte adjoining another gîte with private courtyard and green space (1000 m²). The gîte is close to the owner's farm.
First floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, crib), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet. Oil-fired heating. PORTABLE telephone. Garden furniture, terrace, barbecue.
The 2 gîtes benefit from a large enclosed communal green space with lawn, parking, swing, sandpit, trampoline. St Pourçain/Sioule 18 km. Souvigny 10 km. Access by Route Centre Europe Atlantique 2 km. Covered swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. For all linen options, beds will be made up on arrival. Heating at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
