Completely renovated farmhouse in the heart of a working farm (cattle and sheep breeding). The owners have renovated the family home, daring to use color and combining contemporary with a few touches of the past. First floor: large living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Electric heating. Enclosed courtyard and green space. ON THE SPOT: Wellness area with SPA for 5 to 6 people and terrace overlooking the Bourbonnais bocage. Games and relaxation room (American billiards - table soccer - elliptical trainer), outdoor ping-pong table and trampoline. These facilities are shared with the 2-person "Charme et Détente" gite. Possibility of visiting the farm. St Pourçain sur Sioule 18 km. Moulins 25 km. A79 exit 5 km away. GITE PLUS: Linen (towels and tea towels) provided by the owner. On-site second gîte "Charme et détente" for up to 3 people. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
