This old stone farmhouse is located in the heart of Lavoine, a village in the Bourbonnais mountains. A starting point for many hikes, you'll enjoy the atmosphere of a welcoming village, with its woods and forests, fishing pond (400 m away on foot), 2 restaurants and cross-country ski center (1 km). 2 electrically-assisted bicycles are available for a deposit (mountain bikes can also be rented). In fine weather, you'll appreciate the shaded green space, part of which is enclosed. First floor: Kitchen integrated into living room, wood-burning stove. Bathroom (shower/wc). Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 1 single bed) 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Heating [hidden] garage available. This gîte is not equipped with wifi. 4G network coverage works.
