Nestled in the valleys of Chalosse, this vacation home invites you to enjoy an authentic stay. Far from the stresses of everyday life, you'll discover country life, the life of the farm, the life of taking your time, but also the life of conviviality, human warmth and the spirit of the South-West! Take advantage of the opportunity to get out and about, as it's impossible to leave without seeing the sea, the Basque country, Béarn or Spain. You're sure to leave with a twinge of nostalgia! Gîte in a group of buildings on a farm, fitted kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave), living room with sofa, armchairs, TV corner. The ground floor offers 1 bedroom (140cm bed) and a toilet. The staircase leads to 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 140, 1 bed 120 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom with shower cubicle and 1 separate toilet. Wifi connection. Electric heating.
Washing machine in laundry room with outside access. Garden furniture and barbecue on terrace, courtyard. On farm, poultry farming. Livestock building nearby, 300m away. Separate entrance and private, unfenced 800 m² grounds for gîte. Adjoining another gite and the owner's house. Possibility of parking under open garage on property. 1 extra person accepted with supplement.
Price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if equipped with gas cookers). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
