Just 30 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of the Landes pine forests, come and enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities on land - hiking trails - and on water - canoeing and kayaking. Situated in the village of Onard, this small, cosy gîte is close to the spa. Comfortable, pleasant and very functional, this vacation home will also seduce you with its wooden frame, creating a feeling of well-being in summer and winter alike. For a weekend, a week or a spa treatment, come and enjoy the charm of the Marina house and its surroundings. This gîte offers a living room with TV and wifi connection, and a kitchen area with fridge-combi, 2 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). Possibility of 1 additional person on convertible sofa bed 140 with supplement. Shower room with toilet. For your convenience, reversible air conditioning in living room, electric heating in bedroom. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and heating included.
Garden furniture with electric plancha. Unenclosed, private garden. Another gîte in front, also with private grounds, not overlooked but with a shared entrance. Small road passing in front of the gîte, but not a major nuisance. Pets accepted at extra cost.
Price includes : Electricity, heating 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires).
