You'll be staying in this former sheepfold, typical of the Landes forest, which has been dismantled and rebuilt exactly as it was before. The undeniable character of the wooden beams will charm you. The on-site swimming pool adds undeniable cachet to the property for your enjoyment. If I've made you want to come and stay with us, don't hesitate! In the middle of the woods, 10 minutes from the town center, gîte adjoining another gîte.
Ground floor, offering : - living room with kitchenette, sitting area, - shower room, - 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90). Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, WiFi, television, baby equipment. The gîte is equipped with electric heating and a pellet stove. The grounds are approx. 2000 m², unfenced and shared with hedges. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The entrance is independent. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and tenants of the adjoining gîte. Saltwater pool open from 30/05 to 25/09, 5x10, 0.2 to 1.7 deep, fenced. Trampoline (diameter 3.60 m). Bicycles available. Boules pitch.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
