Close to the lake, beaches and all village amenities, this spacious, comfortable house invites you to enjoy an exceptional vacation. As a family or with friends, you'll be able to relive the best moments of your childhood: a family home, a large garden, balloons promising the kids lots of fun, endless barbecue evenings, ... This is where vacations really mean something!
From this old Landes house, where wood and brick are the watchwords, you can stroll to the nearby lake and take advantage of all the shops in the village on foot. Independent house with modern comforts, living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms (5 beds 140, 5 beds 90 including 4 bunk beds), 4 shower rooms, 2 wc, relaxation area. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, TV, DVD. WIFI. Wood-burning stove (wood not supplied).
For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided, and beds are made up on arrival: a saving of €180.
Private garden terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Cot and high chair. Lake road running alongside the property. The maximum capacity of the gîte is 14 people: no extra people will be accepted. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay, must be the object of request for authorization near the owner. For more than one animal, please contact us. If agreed, we charge €30 per week for each additional animal. Pets must be kept on a leash on the property.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
Price does not include: Wood is not provided by the owner. You can bring your own or buy some at the local Carrefour Market.
