Here you are in the countryside, in the pleasant Soustons district, between forest and fields. Le Gemmeur is the first gîte we created. By restoring it, we wanted to give it back its character of a beautiful Landes house. We look forward to welcoming you to our old farmhouse, where we'll be happy to guide you in your discovery of the Landes region. Of course, once you're here, it would be a shame not to take advantage of the ocean... Independent gîte, kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine (2 beds 140, 1 bed 90, 1 child's bed), washing machine, dishwasher, laptop, freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, private enclosed grounds, covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, courtyard, electric heating, swing, bowling green. Free 1st stere of firewood in low season. Gîte on former farm.

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
