In this southern part of the Landes, you'll enjoy a diversity of original landscapes, less than 6 minutes from the beaches of Ondres and 10 minutes from Bayonne and the Basque Country. We've designed our gîte to be as functional as possible for a successful vacation. Adjoining the owner's gîte, it offers a kitchenette opening onto a living room with sofa bed (2 places), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room. Washing machine, microwave, flat-screen TV. Garden furniture, electric barbecue. Electric air-conditioning. Car parking, courtyard with private area400 m², only shared entrance with owners at electric gate. Utilities: air-conditioning 10 € per day to be paid on site.
The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
