This vast house offers you peace and comfort, at the gateway to the Basque Country and just 12km from the first beaches. The privileged location of this house means you can go for walks, visit the many attractions in the surrounding area, or indulge in your favorite sports. Here, the exterior also offers a breathtaking view of the Adour river, and a 2500 m² private, fully enclosed garden. If you like fishing, all equipment is provided. And what you'll also appreciate is the space and comfort of this vast vacation rental! A new cycle path links Bayonne and Urt. You can walk or cycle along it from the gîte in complete safety! The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
