We offer you a top-comfort stay on the coast, close to the beaches and lakes of Aureilhan and Sainte Eulalie. This rental is attached to the owners' holiday home. It's bright and modern, with a swimming pool (12mx6m, max depth 1.50m), trampoline, table tennis and playground. All on one level, it comprises: a living room (4-seater sofa, convertible with 160cm mattress) with fitted kitchen (induction hob, American fridge, oven, microwave), a bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), another bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 140x190 bed above the 160 bed), a shower room (Italian shower),
toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
Air-conditioning in the living room Ideal for 4 adults + 2 children maximum, given the bunk beds (not suitable for adults). For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, as is WIFI. The property is fenced and has a private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Outdoor leisure facilities are shared with the owners, who may occasionally occupy their vacation home on site. Baby equipment on request: high chair, changing mat, cot, toilet potty, step stool.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
