We welcome you to a verdant setting in the heart of the Landes countryside, just 4 km from the spa town of Préchacq les Bains, for a restful, relaxing stay. Ideally located, our gîte boasts a 3600m² private garden with parking and a private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth from 0.90m to 2m) secured by a barrier and alarm, accessible from June to September (weather permitting). You'll appreciate the calm of the site, the spaciousness of this house, its veranda opening onto the pool, and the traditional architecture of the building. Perfect for a family holiday or spa treatment...
On the first floor, this large detached house (with the owners nearby) features a veranda opening onto the pool, a living room with TV and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob), 2 bedrooms (2 x 160x200 beds), a shower room with walk-in shower, wc, a study with exercise machine, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer), wc. Upstairs, a mezzanine relaxation area, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a bathroom, wc. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Wifi access. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating charge when heating is in use (15 € per day).
