Are you still hesitating between a vacation by the sea or one in the countryside? Look no further, located in the heart of the Marais d'Orx Nature Reserve, Sables 2 comfortable gîte, a former Napoleonic farmhouse, is the ideal place for your seaside and country vacations at the same time! On site, we advise you not to leave without visiting the Nature Reserve, on foot of course, walking along the dykes to discover the inhabitants of this wetland. A walk for young and old alike! Located in the heart of the Marais d'Orx nature reserve, this Napoleonic farmhouse has been restored as a gîte. Ground floor: living room (TV), kitchenette (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90) with sheets and comforters provided, bathroom. Electric heating included, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace overlooking the marsh. Enclosed grounds of 1000 m² at marsh level. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, potty).
Price includes: 500 liters of water per day
1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if equipped with gas cooker).
Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
