Between the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the immense pine forest of the Landes region, Mimizan is an ideal vacation destination. Nature is omnipresent at Mimizan, and a wide range of activities await you. The ocean and its 10 km of fine sand, the Lac d'Aureilhan, water sports, hiking trails, mountain biking and golf. Everything you need for a pleasant vacation in a natural setting full of surprises. This 5-person gîte is close to all amenities and just 5 km from the beaches. Le résinier is an independent gîte on the ground floor, with the owner's house on the site. Entrance to the grounds is via an electric gate with beeper.
The gite comprises a living room with kitchen and sitting room, decorated in the style of the "résinier" trade. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven with hood, washing machine. The living room features a convertible sofa, coffee table and wifi connection. The sleeping area offers 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and 1 other bedroom divided into 2, whose partitions don't close all the way to the top but provide the necessary privacy for your stay with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm). Shower room with 1 step down, wc. Terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Land approx. 60 m² including courtyard.

Baby equipment available on request. Free bus shuttle to Mimizan beach 100 m away.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
