Treat yourself to a comfortable stay for two, just a stone's throw from the port, the ocean and all the water sports activities offered by the renowned resort of Capbreton. With the cycle path just 100m away, you can leave your car behind (a reserved parking space is available in the residence, secured by an automatic gate) and walk, cycle or take the free shuttle bus in summer (200m from the residence) to all the town's shops and services, while enjoying a quiet, privileged location. Facing south, this bright, modern 1st-floor apartment opens onto a large private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and electric plancha.
It also offers an unobstructed view of the residence's flower-filled garden, a true haven of peace in the heart of the resort. This seasonal rental comprises a large living room with lounge area (flat-screen TV, WIFI), sofa, dining area and equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge), bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room, separate toilet, storeroom with washing machine. For your comfort, bed linen is provided and the bed is made up on arrival. Bicycle storage available. An umbrella bed and baby high chair are available on request.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
