We welcome you to Biaudos, a small village in the south of the Landes region, at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain, with the ocean just 18km away, Biarritz and Hossegor 25km away. This house of character, located in the heart of the village, at the foot of the church with the grocery store nearby, is one of the oldest in the village. You'll find all the charm of an old house full of history combined with today's comforts. Adjoining the owner's house, this country cottage benefits from a private enclosed garden with terrace covered by a pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), sitting area (flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, WIFI) and dining area, bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room, toilet, washing machine. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), a bathroom (with corner bath and wc). For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided, and beds are made on arrival. In winter, heating is included and we provide wood for your first fire. Free parking in front of the church.
Price includes: - 8 kwatt/hour electricity per day
- 500 liters of water per day
- 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if equipped with gas cooker).
