We welcome you and your family to this pleasant, bright and spacious vacation home in the south of the Landes region, just a stone's throw from beaches, varied landscapes and the Basque Country. From here, it's less than 10 minutes to the beaches of Ondres and the historic center of Bayonne. This gîte has been designed to offer a warm, modern atmosphere. You'll particularly appreciate the games room and full baby equipment, as well as the private, private terrace. A great address in the heart of a region offering many summer activities... This gîte (adjoining a second gîte and the owners') is on the first floor. It comprises a large living room with lounge (flat-screen TV, WIFI), dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, electric oven), children's playroom, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom (Italian shower, washing machine), separate toilet, electric air conditioning. A private outdoor terrace, enclosed by a curtain, provides privacy and welcomes you with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and plancha. Parking is available on the property, which is secured by a gate. Utilities: €10 per day to be paid on site.
The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
