Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the Landes forest, in this small, wood-clad house on the banks of a small stream. The vast grounds will be the starting point for your walks to discover the Landes forest. You can even pick up your bread on foot or by bike. And for lovers of sun, sand and waves, the beach is less than half an hour away. This small, wood-clad gîte is attached to an adjoining outbuilding. It comprises: kitchen, living room. You'll go down 2 steps to access the bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom. Facilities : TV, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. Electric heating. Baby equipment on request. Emergency telephone. End-of-stay cleaning charge: €40. Garden furniture, communal barbecue. Unenclosed grounds. Walks possible from the gîte. Communal plot of 15,000 m² with private area. Other accommodation on site.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
