Welcome to Morcenx, a village in the Landes forest close to the nature park and white sandy beaches. Here you'll find all the amenities you need, with shops, sports activities (tennis, fishing...) and the Lac d'Arjuzanx for swimming and sailing. This gîte in a group of 4 will enable you to enjoy all these advantages and village life at a very reasonable price. Single-storey gîte comprising: living room with kitchenette, shower room, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm bunk beds), separate wc, balcony, shared washing machines, microwave, TV, wifi internet access. Unenclosed shared grounds with private area of 500 m², garden furniture, shared barbecue, terrace, courtyard, covered shed. Gîte located in the village, next to the church. Shared grounds and entrance for all gîtes.
Parking on property. Heating €3/day from October to end of April.
Price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if equipped with gas cookers). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
