The Domaine de Paguy extends over 77 hectares, including 12 hectares of vines. It houses a wine storehouse, 2 self-catering cottages and 5 guest rooms with the Gîtes de France label. Here you'll enjoy pleasant grounds and a shared swimming pool. Tucked away in the tower of the Manoir, you'll need to climb a few steps to reach the Tour du Guet, a character gîte featuring exposed stonework and timber framing. This charming gîte will delight you. It combines modern comfort with originality, particularly in terms of color. Domaine de Paguy is the perfect venue for seminars, birthdays and other events. Nestled in the tower of a 16th-century manor house, this character gîte combines modern comfort, originality, fine carpentry and exposed stonework. It features a kitchen opening onto a living room, shower room and bathroom, 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 3 x 90cm beds). Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, tumble dryer, telephone, wifi. Gas central heating. Beds made. Linen and towels provided. Cleaning service available.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
