The apartment is a part of the mill, proposed for 2, 3 or 4 people of 60 m2.
An independent entrance and after two staircases in the farmhouse of the Moulin de Tartay (28 steps),
it has a bedroom with a large bed for two people, a large wardrobe,
the second bedroom consists of two single beds and a large wardrobe,
a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The unit comprises an open kitchen, a living room with kitchen and a flat-screen TV.
WiFi is free in the accommodation.
The apartment is air conditioned.
The garden consists of a pool 7 by 3 by 1 meter 50 depth unsupervised (open from May to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a curtain protection CE standards (a discharge will be requested at each client and for each stay) open from 8 am to 8 pm for safety reasons, a swing in the form of portico under the responsibility of parents (open from May to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions. The garden is shared with the tenants of the house.
Possibility to privatize the two homes for the same period.
A carport for a car.
The land of 15000 M2 is closed and secure.
The property is under surveillance by outdoor cameras.
