Je me suis installée dans ce village de pêcheur, il y a 20 ans et suis littéralement tombée amoureuse de son coté pittoresque. Vous découvrirez la petite Camargue avec sa flore et sa faune notamment ses flamants roses, ses chevaux, ses taureaux.. La villa est située à 4 km de la vieille ville fortifiée d’ Aigues Mortes. Vous pourrez aussi découvrir les belles plages de sable fin. Pour ce qui est des spécialités culinaires : elles sont nombreuses avec notamment ses « tellines », sa gardiane de taureau…Autant de mets qui enchanteront vos papilles.. Pour ceux qui aiment flâner le soir, il y a de nombreux endroits dans le centre ville tout proche pour aller boire un verre ou déguster une bonne glace sur le front de mer. L'emplacement de la villa est paisible : la terrasse est un véritable havre de paix avec sa jolie haie de bambous et ses palmiers. Que vous aimiez le calme ou l'animation vous serez comblés.

Pretty villa with swimming pool for 9 people on garden level Near beach and shops.
Rent for summer holidays in Grau Du Roi, very nice contemporary villa of character 170 m2 with swimming pool facing south on a plot of 450 m2 with a beautiful hedge of bamboos and palm trees (dracenas and Washingtonia). The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Boucanet near the sea on foot.
The villa is composed of a very large living room with an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a view on the terrace and the swimming pool facing south, 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower and basins, 4 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe - closet - wardrobe and 2 toilets.
For your comfort, the villa is air-conditioned, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture: large table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, deckchairs and parasols and a barbecue (charcoal) is available.
A home cinema DVD is available in the living room for your musical (karaoke) and entertainment moments and the villa is equipped with unlimited wifi access.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster, juice extractor, blender to make delicious fresh smoothies.
The villa is adapted for disabled people.
The villa is non-smoking but it is however possible to smoke on the terrace where ashtrays are at your disposal.
As far as the swimming pool is concerned, as you can see on the pictures there is no barrier: the terrace directly overlooks the swimming pool; it is however equipped with an alarm and requires the vigilance of the parents concerning the children.

The beach is 2 minutes away by car and can be reached just as quickly on foot.
The cleaning has to be done by the tenant when leaving (option cleaning done by us possible 90€).

A small paradise, a feeling of having gone far away under the palm trees, 5 minutes from the city centre. Very large house, air-conditioned, perfect condition, decorated with subtle taste. Swimming pool very suitable for holidays for young and old. An address to remember to come and return.
