The apartment is well located and spacious in a building under video surveillance, the balcony is convenient for lunch. However, when we arrived, the cleaning was not done: dust on the floor, dirty cutlery in the dishwasher. In addition, the furniture leaves something to be desired: broken footboard, broken coffee table, missing freezer drawer. The outdoor swimming pool is small and the mosaic covering is damaged in places. Underground parking is very narrow. Otherwise the apartment is a few minutes from the beach, a park and shops.
