A pleasant summer lounge under the veranda opens onto a lovely wooden terrace at the rear of the house, with sandy garden and patio furniture. A part with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath and washbasin, the 1st bedroom with 1 160cm bed, the 2nd with 2 90cm beds. On the other side of the living room, 1 master bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed (2 x 80cm beds), shower room (shower and washbasin) and dressing room. 2 separate WCs in each sleeping area. 1 bicycle garage (washing machine, tumble dryer). One parking space on enclosed plot.
