Well located 2 bed apt for 4 with 100m from the Outalays piste & Le Chinaillon beyond! This apartment is in a brand new chalet appartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays built about 10 yrs ago in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort. It is built in the local traditional style and is well situated. Acces to the Outalays piste is just across the road. This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurant, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment.
This 45m² apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
There is one bathroom and a seperate WC.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher
and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc.. for 6 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto balcony which offers commanding views onto the surounding mountains.
You have a flat screen television.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!

The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen area is really small and not very functional, but well equipped. The equipment in general is of good quality and nothing is lacking, a few details (radiator corners) of cleaning leave something to be desired, but overall it's very clean. The apartment is well located, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. The welcome is perfect.

Very pleasant, bright apartment. At 50 M from the ski slopes, a little further from the heart of the village. The exposure with the view on the valley is very beautiful. The decoration of the apartment is well done. Even if mentioned in the description, the absence of a washing machine is felt on a stay of one week in the ski. The kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, stove) is a bit insufficient for a family of 4 people. The bedding is of very good quality. We appreciated Déborah's welcome on the day of our arrival, the flexibility both on arrival and on departure.
