DESCRIPTION ACCOMMODATION :
Studio of 30 m² completely renovated, comfortable and very well equipped, on the 6th floor of a luxury residence with 2 lifts, on the sea front and in the heart of the resort, quiet, secure, with caretaker.
Sea view as soon as you enter the apartment, heating and air conditioning, for a better comfort.
Living room with American kitchen. Two large sliding double-glazed windows open onto the terrace of 8 m² without vis-à-vis, protected from bad weather and where it is very pleasant to sit at the garden furniture, or to rest while enjoying the splendid landscape. Living room with extendable table, chairs, adjustable flat-screen TV, desk, radio-CD, 2-seater "comfort" sofa bed (140x190). Second bed: BZ (140x190), separated from the first thanks to the "L" shaped layout and a folding screen.
The mattresses and pillows (square) are protected by waterproof mattress pads, you just have to bring the sheets and pillowcases or take them as an option.
American faïencé kitchen, with complete equipment: induction hotplates, hood, M.O., compact electric oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 2-door fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner...
Tiled bathroom with bathtub-shower, washbasin and mirror cabinet, washing machine, hair dryer. Separate toilet.
Possibility of secure closed parking space, on the 3rd floor on 4 floors, with pedestrian lift, and closed bicycle room, 50 m away. Preferential price for our tenants, can be decided on the spot.

SITUATION:
Canet plage is located in the south of France, in the center, on the edge of the Mediterranean, 12 Km east of Perpignan. Spain 43 Km, Andorra 148 Km Collioure 23 Km, Font-Romeu (mountain) 96 Km.
TO SEE:
Canet en Roussillon (Canet Plage), is a lively tourist town all year round, with a very beautiful and very large beach of fine sand (150 m. wide) gently sloping and offering the practice of all nautical activities including sea fishing. In addition, the department is very rich in discoveries of all kinds, to be discovered on foot, by bicycle (numerous cycle tracks) or by car. A document made by the owner is at your disposal to suggest places to visit.
Decreasing prices from the 2nd week.
Short-stays only proposed in low season. Minimum 3 nights.
From September to June, additional electrical consumption (meter reading).
Possibility secure parking 50 m. away at a preferential price.
Only one small, clean and calm dog accepted on owner's authorization : suppl : 40€ the 1st week then 10€ the following weeks.
