Cosy little 2 bed apt for up to 4, across the road from the Outalays Piste & a 10min walk to the shops.This comfortable apartment is located in a recently built chalet apartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays built just over 10 yrs ago in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort. It is built in the local traditional style and is very well located. The apartment offers ski in ski out access, with the Outalays piste just across the road! This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurant, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment.
This 45m² apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds, one of which is a King size. A double sofa bed is also available in the main living area as a backup.
There is shower room with washing machine and a separate WC.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher
and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc for 6 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto a south facing balcony, which offers commanding views onto the surrounding mountains and ski slopes.
There is a flat screen television with French terrestrial TV and a DVD player. Hifi is available with CD player and audio jack for MP3, iPod, smart phone etc.
