Nous avons découvert Font Romeu et son environnement depuis plusieurs années et avons apprécié cet endroit si ensoleillé et ressourçant. Au Lavandou et Bormes les Mimosas au ciel bleu nous aimons aussi nous retrouver. Lors de chaque séjour, nous y avons découvert de nouvelles randonnées et de nouvelles activités. C’est toujours avec impatience et grand plaisir que nous retrouvons la douceur de Bormes et son sentier du littoral les chemins enneigés ou fleuris selon la saison de Font Romeu. C’est ainsi que nous avons décidé d'installer ces agréables appartements très lumineux.

Charming 38 m² 3*** apartment, not overlooked, south-facing, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
Stay from Saturday to Saturday; off-season, 4 or 5-night minimum stay on request. No stay for 1 or 2 nights.
Arrival - departure on Sunday or public holiday on request and with supplement.
Meals are served under the open loggia with a view of the Golden Isles, in a peaceful setting yet very close to the 1st of Le Lavandou's 12 beaches (a 20-minute walk along the St. François hiking trail or a 4-minute drive along the 1.9km road) or to the port of Bormes (La Favière), as well as to the medieval village of Bormes les mimosas (19-minute walk), where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll.

This comfortable apartment offers :

- Deposit: 500€ to be sent by cheque to the owner (no later than 15 days before arrival), not cashed, returned at the end of the stay after checking the apartment and inventory of fixtures on departure.
-Cleaning and storage deposit: 50€ to be deposited in cash on arrival, returned in full or in part after departure inventory:
- Tidying up according to the inventory provided;
- Cleanliness of apartment: protective covers for beds and pillows, cushions, bath screen, taps, ovens, fridge, coffee makers, toasters, crockery, sinks, basins, sanitary facilities, garbage cans, floors.....).
- 20€ cash deposit for arrival on a Sunday or public holiday.
- 20€ cash deposit for departure on a Sunday or public holiday.
- deposit on swimming-pool bracelet: 35€ / person and deposit on garage badge: 20€ to be deposited in cash on arrival, returned on departure.
