Quiet, secure, family-run residential campsite close to the beaches of the Biscarrosse lake, on the edge of the Landes forest and the marina.
Recent mobile home with 18 m² COVERED TERRACE - 3 bedrooms - TV-DVD-CLIM- DISHWASHER + 2 bikes
(rental from Saturday to Saturday).
PREFERENTIAL RATES for two or three consecutive weeks.
Rental rate includes :
Rental, water, gas, electricity, tourist tax (the campsite's share), entrance to heated swimming pools, games, children's leisure area, etc...
MOBIL HOME with enclosed terrace (wicket gate), covered by an awning so you can eat even when it's raining, shaded and on a delimited plot with space for TWO vehicles. Electric vehicle recharging point in the campsite parking lot.
Very well equipped and functional.
Sleeps six, with three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed + cot and the other two have two separate beds, all equipped with memory foam mattresses. Convertible air-conditioning, dishwasher, TV DVD, coffee maker, kettle, oven, four gas rings, microwave, large fridge with freezer, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, etc...
PETS NOT ALLOWED and NO SMOKING inside the MOBIL HOME.
Terrace includes table, chairs, sunbathing area and barbecue grill.
Loan of two bicycles (MTB H and F ).
On-site beauty treatments, fitness room, bar/restaurant, homemade pizza, roast fries and grocery store. Babysitting, two heated swimming pools, jacuzzi area, paddling pool, free children's entertainment area with 2 qualified entertainers, mini-golf, tennis, table tennis, boules pitch, beach volleyball, games room with billiards, table soccer, family evening entertainment, launderette, etc.
Direct access from the campsite to cycle paths leading to lakes, Biscarosse or the ocean, and to numerous hiking trails. Biscarrosse town 3km away (shopping areas) Ocean 10 minutes away. Direct access to the lake beach on foot. Twenty-five minutes from the Dune du Pilat, 40 minutes from Arcachon, 1 hour from the Bordeaux vineyards and 2 hours from the Spanish border.
