In the heart of Seignosse ocean Le Penon, 2 steps from the beach and water park, pleasant apartment on the 3rd floor of a secure residence without elevator. The living room features a dining area, a sofa bed (140cm) and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, all opening onto a 10m² south-facing terrace. The sleeping area includes a separate bedroom with a 140cm bed, a chest of drawers and a shower room with toilet.
To be paid before your arrival: accommodation deposit only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist tax by credit card.
Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
- Bed linen and towels: 20€ per person
- Cleaning during or at the end of your stay: 100€ (included in July/August booking)
- Mini box: €49/week or €10/day while stocks last.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards looking after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools.
