Par 4 Villa 9 is an exclusive luxurious villa built in one story, ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility.
It counts on wide espaces, comfortable furniture and very bright rooms. Doubtlessly it is one of our favorite properties having a great value.

This fantastic holiday private is the perfect home for your vacation in the Canary Islands, it counts on three double bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and a second bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through sliding glass doors with views to the garden.
The pool is heatable with a surcharge per week , there is a BBQ and outdoors dining area and large garden.

Welcome and key handover by our staff until 20.00 hours. Our customers receive an exclusive “welcome pack” with basic products to spend the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread rolls delivery (to your villa in the early morning)
A complete weekly cleaning (for bookings over 7 nights) with change of sheets and towels.
• What do you need to rent this private villa located in Salobre Golf Resort?
***Guests are requested a deposit to cover the possible damages that may be done. This deposit will be reimbursed, subject to a damage inspection, after the check-out.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
This property is located in a residential area, for tis all those activities that can bother neighbors are completely prohibited.
